Looks like a nice piece of kit. The toaster moniker kinda threw me.Rob wrote:Screw Duane, I highlighted the phrase from Neil's own post, right-clicked it and selected "search Google".ME 109 wrote:Duane, please tell Neil to google it.Zombie Master wrote:Could you please explain what the "the Toaster Tan top clamp" is?
A TT top clamp does what my upcoming upside down lower clamp top brace will do. I guess that will make it the right way up again for you.
See, clear as mud.
They make it hard on porpose.

Re: Fork help needed
Hey guys, ran into a problem with my front forks, they don't move right after I put them together. I believe the issue is item #7 (if you refer to the parts breakdown) I guess I need clarification as to where in the hell is the proper location for that part. Now items 8,9,10,11, and 12 are the bits that go into the bottom of the fork tube. If 6 is the fork spring then should it be on top of item 14 so it touches the spring or does it belong on item 18 slipped in from the bottom so it is a stop when you do a wheelie?
Figured out where item 7 went. Tore the front end apart again, installed it as a pad for pipe #18 at the bottom of the fork tube. Put the front end back together, now it feels a lot better and behaves correctly.
