That's too easy. Cheers. Are you planning on beer at Whitfield at all Saturday arvo or just heading straight there to set up? It's probably 3-4 hours for me if take my time and stop for a while at Mansfield. I'm expecting VicPol to be out and about on the way up so there'll be no rush on my behalf. That'll be difficult on the Tolmie Road though, one of my favourites.ME 109 wrote:200 metres before the bridge, on the left hand side. As the bitumen takes a right hand bend just before the bridge, the dirt road goes straight ahead.

I'd like to get there Friday Steve, just to secure a camp. Make sure no trout fishing bastards get in first!
Charlie might be able to make it Friday too?
Mind you, at this stage I can still see through my engine.
I'm gonna take my trout rod.

Goodo. If you find you've forgotten something and your phone has reception, let me know and maybe I can bring it with me.
Grant is a chance too...anyone else?

Re: Oz-Boxerworks - Spring run
Friday is a good bet for me, weather and other gods permitting.
I'll get in touch with Pete (he looks in here rarely). I think Bob and Mal of BB look in, so we can assume they are otherwise engaged. George might be another starter.

Thanks for chiming in, Bob. I hope the wedding is worth it - free food and drink is always good. We'll try to have a bit more fun at this Tech Session on your behalf.

Howdy Bob. Enjoy the wedding. Is there somewhere around Narrandera that'd be a good destination for an Oz boxerworkers rally?Bob Bennett wrote:Wedding of Alison's Niece on 12th for me unfortunately.

Re: Oz-Boxerworks - Spring run
G'day Steve, Well there are a lot of free camping areas on the river, some are looked
after by the fishing club and thus have funds for amenities, long drop, covered table, water tank
even firewood at the one Ali & I stayed at. They'll be a bit damp, boggy just now though after those
floods last month.
Of course there are a few one Pub towns in the area that could be investigated,
No mountain twisties though but some OK country roads around.

There's always the broken lines to weave in and out of. Just as much fun as a mountian road at 160.Bob Bennett wrote: No mountain twisties though but some OK country roads around.
