In about 1973 on my first cross country motorcycle trip I rode I Honda 500/4. I met a guy in Kansas, who was traveling from somewhere east to his new future home in Colorado. He was on a Triumph 500 with a right hand shifter. He had the book and we read to each other from it on our several nights camping together.
I also co-authored a paper on electric market design in the late 90s called Zen and the Art of Market Design. I think mostly I contributed the title. It actually became the biases for the first wholesale market design in Texas.
