There is a person who posts on the mechanical discussions here and calls himself "wobbly". Is that funholiday?

Re: Identification
I suppose it's possible. Wobbly is not exactly lacking in confidence.

Re: Identification
I think Wobbly is from the other coast.
Call me Mel. Some years ago- never mind how long precisely- having little or no money in my purse, and nothing particular to interest me at home, I thought I would ride about a little and see the other parts of the world.

Wobbly lives near Athens, Georgia, IIRC.

Sad to disappoint, but as was stated, I'm in the Eastern time zone.
After 20 years as a professional bike mechanic and 30 years as an engineer I know just enough to be dangerous !

Re: Identification
I know Fun when I read him, and Wobbly isn't him. You do realise both Boxerworks and ADV are worse off without him in a lot of ways. Contentious subject for sure.

Re: Funholiday
Fun was obnoxious but did seem to know what he was doing. Seems he hasn't posted on Advrider for a while either, where he is / was "supershaft". I did a search over there just for the hell of it for him. Didn't see any recent posts from him. The ones I did see, were just what one would expect from him. Combative, rubbing people the wrong way, etc. Maybe they banned him from Advrider too. Too bad he is so abrasive.
Wobbly is not like Funholiday.
