26th Gathering of the Clans - June 8/9th 2018

The 2018 Gathering of the Clans Airhead meet will once again be at High Country Campground in Ferguson, NC 28624. This is the east coast Airhead rally. If you only make it to one rally this year, then this is the one.

Greetings, I just saw this post and though its been a while since I took the /6 on a trip.
I called the grounds and found that there are no shelters left, and I am not a camper.
My question is if anyone else is staying in a nearby motel or have any suggestions
Thanks Dave

All I can say to that, is the closest motel will be 30 to 40 minutes away.

Camped for many years from coast to coast. Always enjoyed the great outdoors and the camaraderie when meeting like minded people. Unfortunately at this point in life, creature comforts are more aligned in my universe.

Didn't someone at Ken's in Oklahoma once arrive in a RV, dropped the back into a ramp, and back his and the wife's sidecar rig down? Who was that? I should check Randy's pictures.

Thinking that must have been Fixit-Larry.
