I will be replacing both crankshaft seals, Camshaft seal and the front transmission seal with this work i am doing. I will use the synth stuff this time upon refills. Will also use BG MOA in the engine oil, Been using that it her for more than a decade now.

If you use synthetic oil and continue changing oil every 3000 miles you are wasting your money. The only real upside of using synthetic oil is that it maintains viscosity much, much longer than conventional oil.
