Going to the 2024 BMW MOA National Rally?

Post by The Veg »

Ridin' To Redmond!

Who's going and which way are you getting there?

I'm leaving the Atlanta area June 7 and will just follow GPS for the quickest route most of the way up, have a little fun in the NW region along the way if time allows.

Riding from the rally to Spokane WA where I'm gonna put the bike in storage and fly home, then once the worst of the summer heat passes, fly back up to Spokane and ride it home.

I’m going, but my ride is a bit shorter.

Ping me if you're coming through Ashland!
Call me Mel. Some years ago- never mind how long precisely- having little or no money in my purse, and nothing particular to interest me at home, I thought I would ride about a little and see the other parts of the world.

Unfortunately, it doesn't look like I'll be coming through Ashland. I'm riding up with a group that will be taking 395 and camping at Goose Lake on the way up. I won't have a lot of time on the way home to take a detour, and I'll probably take 97 to I-5. Bummer.

No worries! 395 is awesome. North of Lakeview, it's possible to open up an Airhead all the way and see what it's got.

Picture-gallery from the trip. A few here and there are out of order but you'll get the general idea.
