Chuey: what Adam said ...
Adam: I don't plan on going anywhere in the near future so will most likely be around. Whether the bike is, is another question ;-) I want this RV, you know ...

From where I live, Ottawa is 6-7hrs on a good day in summer, with the weather in February even more. Wouldabeen nice to meet but under those circumstances, I doubt it.

Really cold (anywhere around 15F), lots of snow. Only an hour to good ski resorts if you can find time (Mt. Tremblant). Last business visitor from CA came without a warm coat, big mistake! Get dressed for the occasion!

So like Maine, Lots of snow, 0F at night, 20s during the day. Windy as hell at times with chills sub zero. Good to know. My car, a 97 BMW 328 with Nokian studded tires should fit right in!!

Dunno whether studded tires are allowed in Ontario ... I think not.

Just checked on it, residents are not allowed with some exceptions, but visitors like me who stay under 30 days are. QC allows them.
Kind of a shame for you guys though. They are a godsend for driving. You can stick to ice, packed snow, best things ever. Keep cars planted
Kills the roads though if used too long....

Well, I'm back from roaming for the summer season and a lot has changed. Basically got banned from ADVposur for pissing off a liked member and was given the reason "Drama to contribution ratio way out of proportion", changed a lot of things on the G/S, basically removing much of the heavy r100 crap that I had installed. More to come though as I still have a lot of off line stuff to do. Looks like this place has grown a bit.

We are on our third database incarnation. Many of us have known each other here for 10 years or more.
It's a shame all of our historical databases seem to be lost to old code...
