Avoiding tolls.

This is for the discussion of Motorcycling. The art, the science, the theory of all things related to our favorite sport... riding motorcycles.

You have to take the slow lane, Larry, where you either talk to a real person, or toss your cookies coins in the bin.

Always good to see your name here, Larry!

As Oz is such a big island without a bridge connecting us to anyone, a foreign rego'ed vehicle is a tad unusual. No slow lanes for coins here either...credit card over the net or make a call, before or after use.

It could be that way here, too. It's been a while since I was on a toll road.

AFAIK, there is only one toll road in Indiana (way up north, at the Chicago end of the state), and the State leased it out to a Spanish/Australian consortium 5 years ago.

Only 70 years to go on the lease.
