I really dig the gold rims. Only thing is...why can't any factory get the seat and seat hump right?

Re: New Kawasakis
IF IF IF we can trust what is published on the web (by Kawasaki itself), this is a VERY different motor.
W650
50 bhp claimed at 7,000 rpm and 42.2 lb/ft at 5,600 rpm,
8.7:1 compression. Maximum torque: 56N·m(5.7kg-m)/5,500rpm
430 lbs (195 kgs), about 460 lbs wet
http://www.ianchadwick.com/motorcycles/w650/specs.html
W800
35 KW (48 PS) / 6,500 rpm
Maximum torque 60 Nm (6.1 kgf-m) / 2,500 rpm
Curb Mass 217 kg
http://www.kawasaki.eu/W800
Looks like they've turned a tractable yet revvy little bike into more of a torque monster, and fattened up the whole bike by 48 lbs. along with fattening the bottom of the torque curve.

Comrade Airbear:
How about scooter riders then, doesn't even give a nice feeling, and then your mates see you
Why don't I feel the shame for riding this? Must be something wrong with me!

I think the W800 would be a nice machine for commuting and general riding!Anyway, riding a japanese motorcycle gives a very nice feeling, but what if your mates caught you doin' it? Y'know,

it's a bit like wearing a beret. (sorry ZM, I know it's a cap, but the devil makes me do it. Just keep bangin' yer head against that wall - it cheers me up so. Thanx, mate - appreciated.)

If life was such that I could have a few bikes - yes.Zombie Master wrote: Would you buy anther one?
If I can have only one - I kept my R100.
I've spent most of my money on women, motorcycles, and beer.
The rest of it I just wasted.
