Thinking of getting a windshield for my R1100R for the winter months and for trips. I have a couple questions about them though and was wondering if any of you guys had any suggestion or experience with them.
I am not wanting something very big. Personally I love the look of not having a shield on the bike, but now that it's gotten colder I am trying to think of ways to keep a little warmer on my rides. Also, thinking of taking a couple trips next year on it and could see how a little less wind would probably be a little better for longer rides. How large of a windshield would it take for it to be useful? Also, are they very easy to put on and take off? Also, if you know of any place on the net that has good prices, customer service, and selection I would appreciate a point in the right direction.
