That was great! Chuey (and others) will be impressed with their paddle-making skills, I think.

That was an adventure! Back when the world was still mostly pristine.
I wish we could turn the clock back.
Good to hear from you Matt.

Thanks Matt - that was wonderful.
I've spent most of my money on women, motorcycles, and beer.
The rest of it I just wasted.

Yup, the paddle was cool. Also, it was a great adventure. I'm sure the road doesn't help the native people of Alaska. Maybe they don't count and lots of tourists do count. I don't know. I'm with ME109. Let's take some steps backwards. That should say "backwards".

I think you and I, and maybe some others here are walking backwards. Walking backwards, watching what was, disappear over the time horizon.
Others are walking forward, occasionally looking backwards over their shoulders, trying to see what was, but heads can only turn so far.
Others yet are walking forwards, never looking back, never knowing or caring what was.

We are going backwards, faster than we have ever gone forwards.

British bikes, and a charging system failure.
Who would have thought? :o
