saddlebag keys

Post by old R90 guy »

I recently picked some used bags, but the PO had lost the keys. The missing key locks have the numbers 066, and 067 on the locks. Aany suggestions where I can find a set (or 2?)

Hucky has a 067 key available in his Dent and Ding page: http://www.bmwhucky.com/00d.html

I think they're talking in code or something, Jean. Apparently, the numbers 066 & 067 have a secret meaning.

Correct Native, turn them upside down and the code will be revealed.

There's always the blonde joke about the girl that wanted some 710 for her engine!

They're for the Classic BMW touring bags made mostly around 81-84 but retrofit any twin shock lwb airhead.

Here's the code on the side of the latch.

The keys don't come as blanks unfortunately.
