It's all my fault that you don't have what you want Rob. To get your wish I have to send a list of attendees to Randy and one of us will need to talk really nice to him.justoneoftheguys wrote:I want to see my name on a map with circles and arrows and a paragraph on the back of each one explaining what each
one was...
Hey, wait! You know a lot about computers. . . . . . . . .

A "lot"? Meybe "some", and depending on how bored I am.
You send me the list and have Randy send me the template and I'll be happy to draw some arrows on it!

I haven't heard from Randy on that map.
Meanwhile....
Been working on the bike. May not need that gas station at your house, Ken.

Re: The Official Thread for the May 2013 Boxerworks Rally
I just got my vacation request approved. I will be there!!!! Planning on camping at the rally site.
Yay! Looking forward to my first MC rally ever. And only my fourth long motorcycle trip. I will be on my amazingly awesome 2012 R1200GS.
Hope the weather is good since my raingear is not. In fact I don't have any raingear worth mentioning. It's not gonna rain is it?

Even with my health giving me fits as of late, I AM SO EXCITED KEN FOR THE EVENT! I plan on camping myself as well. Perhaps I will bring a dipole antenna to throw up in the trees and tell everyone back here in boring old Ohio how much fun I am having (and they are not...)justoneoftheguys wrote:I haven't heard from Randy on that map.

BTW, where did your wares come from on your bike? While I will end up camping with my Jeep Rubicon this time (assuming that is OK) But, being able to carry my MSR white gas can(s) on my R75/5 would be great for a one man outing with one of my stoves for say a westward trip next year... That type thing cut down some and Duane's favorite tank bag seems like it might be perfect for a long trek out west.

Let me know of any names I've missed. I sent a email tonight to Super Dave, Doug in Arlington, and Sir Don Roberts if hopefully they could make it this May.

I got both my bottle and my carrier from Twisted Throttle.

But unless their carrier is superior in some way to this identical one with different printing, I would go with this one.
You can buy three for the price of one from Twisted Throttle! (I found out too late...)

It would not surprise me if MSR bottles could be found cheaper, too.
It's going to be very cool to meet you and Steve in Golden. He will show people how computer-dumb I really am!

I think you have Larryfixit and Ursula on their twice. Or else you forgot to list a second person from TN.
I hope if Super Dave does make it (how is Paris holding up these days?) he can talk his college professor friend into coming along. I forget his name, but he rides an airhead.

I've been playing around with my Hero camera, and I figured out that I will be able to play my raw footage of what I've shot on Ken's TV!
Just what you guys were hoping for - Rob's home movies!
