Gasket is new. If it wasn't stuck on, It can most likely still be used.
I fear you will find more stripped threads if you "continue to look for them".
I won't say GOOD HUNTING tho. That would be cruel.

Sometimes, you can get a longer screw in the same size and utilize the threads deeper in the tapped hole to make an OK connection.
Try threading the old screw into the stripped hole without the pan or gasket in place and see if there are usable threads down in there. Then get the next length screw (hardware store, hopefully), modify the length if necessary, and re-install the pan. You'll probably have to cut a few threads off the new screw...put a nut on it first and after cutting it and dressing the end, take the nut off and it will tell you if you got the threads cleaned up OK.
BE sure to make a note of which location has the "special" screw when you are done!!

ok so i starting to fix the stripped thread but i also noticed that the pushrod seal on the right cylinder looks to be coming out from the bottom because compared to left, the pushrods seem flush, is there a way to push the seals back in?

If it's not leaking, I wouldn't mess with it. Old deformed rubber will not take well to pushing...

You could always pull the head and cylinder back as a unit, just enough to pull the seals and replace them...

i fixed the stripped hole but i ran into a problem. the helicoil is not flush with the surface because it wont grab the first 4 threads (my own fault). besides that its in their for good. do you think some gasket sealer on the bolt may address any leakage because i figured it cant hurt.

could i also make my own gasket from a sheet of paper gasket for the oil sump pickup?

When you say it isn't flush, do you mean it's below the surface or sticks OUT?
I HOPE you mean below....
