NEW here

Post by boxme60 »

Hey there my name is George,

I'm living in Germany, the city is called Hamburg.
I'm 58 years old now.
I own more than just one motorcyle. :) (for example a R45, R80G/S and also newer models)

I hope to find the answers I am looking for.
Currently i renew an old R65.

best regards George 8-)

Hi Guys,

i don't know where to post things, I mean in which topic.
So I use my "new here" post again for my next questions.

Has anyone of you experiences with renewing a master brake cylinder?
Should I just renew the inner parts (seals)

Or do you recommend to renew the complete master brake cylinder?
Is it worth changing the master brake cylinder into another diameter? (currently OEM 12mm cylinder, R65GS)
Which advantages does this have?
Or aren't there any advantages?
