Hello to one and all, I hope this is the right section to introduce myself, not sure being a newbie to the forum, also a bit unsure if I will be welcome due to what I've done which is put a 1985 R65 engine into my Dnepr outfit, should I get my coat and leave?
With respect Jonathan

DNEPR?! you say?
Here's me, around 1980, before I put a VW engine into it.

Re: Hello
Hi Chaps, thanks for the warm welcome and allowing me to be part of this great forum. I registered back in May but was unsure about posting due to the fact that my outfit was a hybrid, I started by searching the different topics and came across one relating to what I was going to atempt , I took the chance and emailed Mike Lydon who had responed to the original post. With great surprise and happiness he replied. At this point I would like to say a big thankyou to this forum and especillay Mike who has helped and guided me through the process of converting the R65 engine to fit my Dnepr frame. May I please ask is there away of me making a monetary contribute to the up keep of this fantastic forum. I have quite a few questions to ask about these wonderfully engineered engines.
best regards
