Man ,that's sweet ! At school I used to dream 50cc GP bikes , I don't know why but the bigger classes didn't appeal .There was something fascinating about the GP Honda's clock like perfection .There were Kreidler and Tohatsu amateur teams in Adelaide then ,it was great stuff .Still the time when blokes bought a BSA Bantam 125 and a copy of Tuning for Speed and had a fair chance of building a winner .

Great post, Sibbo. Don't want to give anything away, so I'll just say that, for streamliners, I guessed about 20 mph high.

I surely would enjoy that Dougie ! I wouldn't be game to take a 500 out but a 125 ,just maybe .I'm the right size at 150 pound . :D

You would fit that bike perfectly.
I was 156 lbs and the bike's dry weight was 156 lbs.
When we fell down it was a fair fight. :lol:

I have a serious suspicion that I'm overbiked on my R80 ST .I'd love something light .
