K100 LT rear shock

Post by Zombie Master »

My buddy blew out his shock on his 1987 K100. Anybody know if that shock is re-buildable?

Pretty sure it's not, but it's the kind of item that would be very cheap used on ebay.

Gidday ZM,

Mate I haven't really looked into that as yet if the original shocks are rebuildable? A newish looking adjustable KONI was on mine when I brought the bike, and like MS said there is always a few on ebay and more on the german ebay site, a little tweaking with the google translator buttons and there are bargains thrown in amongst the exy stuff..

Best of luck to your friend.
Cheers, Grant
