Clearly not meant to be ridden, but if it has enough parts to actually ride even a little ways that would be cool. Something like Howard Hugh's Spruce Goose. I would think heat management might be an issue and I wonder if Duane would let me put crash bars on it.

What the hell is that big chrome handle looking thing going from under the seat to perhaps the rear peg brace? Is that a pannier frame? Seems like an awfully inelegant solution for a custom.

It looks like a crash bar to me. From what I hear the bike is ridden regularly.
