In Europe I asked at Bayermotor, they sell the original BMW spare at 80€ and alternative ones at 55€, Motoren Israel sells kit for 38€. I think I will try the alternatives.
80 euros are too much, and maybe are also old spares.

But the prices are extremely different from eachother (from 15 to 90€).

So the question is: how much for a good quality kit?

Finally I've fixed the columns of my istrument cluster, I used threaded M3 inserts, heat inserted using the tip of a circuit welder before I prepared the holes with increasing diameter drill bits (from 2mm to 4) after the inserts I reinforced every single column with epoxy 2k glue mixed with crumble...

I will measure the center hole and report the situation, maybe the scratched paint can make everything appear worse than reality.
At this point, with hundreds of euros spent, one more plate does not change much (sigh, sohb!)
