you guys are great!i think we gotit rode it for around nine miles around the projects I live in. twice about 9 miles then the fan and screwed with the screws. se3ems to idloe down quite well . how many opening are there for the idle circuit I see one at six oclock are there more tha I,m not seeing?

I recently replaced the return springs on the advance sprayed it with brake cleaner. I,ll check it later today thanks for your response Frank

1975 R75/6 I have a issue with rpm not coming down normally when releasing the throttle . It seems that the cable on the right side hangs up. In addition to that there is another that i have no idea what is causing it. Sitting at a stop the rpm will run up to 3000 or so and stay for quite sometime t...

red = +12, and is pin #12
brown, as usual, is ground, and negative, and this is pin #7
green is the pulse wire, it is pin #10

I see there are different gear ratios. what is the diferance between a 37/11 and a 37/9 is one lower geared so you would be turning higher rpm at a given mph.

r 75/6 final drive
1975 r/6 final drive I,m told that I,m in need of a final drive. seems the splines are half gone. I had thought I saw a sight that reworks the splines . For the life of me I cannot find it. Am I having a senior moment or anyone know of such a site? Anyone got a good final drive for sale? Frank

I jus t got back from the test run with my repaired speedo, I had set the needle back sense it was showing ten to fifteen miles per to fast . It now is correct at highway speeds 55 up. It is 5mph slow until then , I,m going to leave it alone. Allso cleaned up a mechincal tach to replace the one that...
