This is for the discussion of Motorcycling. The art, the science, the theory of all things related to our favorite sport... riding motorcycles.

That 13 is a forecast average for the 6 hour block.

Rain creeping into the forecast for Sunday. Better keep an i on that and carry the wets.

Ah now Rob, I think you just have to arrive by air and disappear into the suburbs. Arriving by boat from the northwest is a totally different matter. People who try that end up on a prison island in the Pacific, apparently forever.

Well Brad, you almost got it. Once you have done that part you have to add that number - let's call it 'x' - to the number on the other side of the thermometer - the one under the letter 'F'. Stay with me now, you are almost there. Next, subtract x. This gives you american temperature with perfect accuracy. Simple, eh?

It's Sprummer here, so the fekkin' blackberries are in their "let's gain some more territory" phase. I have a tsunami of the bastards rolling over my fence from the creek reserve at the moment. They fruit in late January when it's as dry as a dead dingo's donger. Only the ones with their toes in a permanent stream will give any decent fruit, but I know a spot where it's possible to get a bucket or two easily, and I do love 'em.
