Quick follow up: I made a jig myself and got the repair done last weekend. Verified proper oil flow and buttoned everything up and went for a nice 35 mile ride with no issues. I admit to refining my final torque to 22 ft. lbs. compared to 25 and I'll use that value going forward with my R90s and other Airhead repairs.
To give credit where it's due, much appreciation to Brook Reams for his excellent tutorials and great tip about packing the drilling hole with grease to catch the shavings. And the melted candle wax in the oil galley hole worked perfect. I couldn't find a single strand of shaving/swarf inside the motor, even after pulling the oil pan lifters, etc.
