Jeff, if it's a new one, don't forget to grease the screws first. I know it sounds a bit odd, but it's necessary. I might be beating a dead horse here, but it's a real pain to have the heads break off of the screws.

Thanks Jeff, it's a s/hand job from ebay. $42!
Apparently one or two screw points are broken but compared to the write off currently on my bike........
I'll be sure to grease 'em up. Or Vaseline perhaps.
